Welcome to Crafted Curtains! We are a small soft furnishings business based from our home in Alford, Aberdeenshire. Our focus is mainly hand crafted curtains, blinds and cushions. We also offer other coordinating items like lampshades and tiebacks. Our work has always been split between selling locally and offering a personal service, with selling online. Our customers come from all over the UK and we are experienced at shipping items. We will bring along a selection of our many fabric books to assist you in selecting the correct fabric for the room. With our experience we can advise on suitable headings, tracks and poles. On completion we will professionally hang, dress and steam (if required) your curtains. We also have contacts within the trade to help with fitting tracks, or you can even fit your own if you prefer. Crafted Curtains was estabished in 2016 after I decided to change career and follow my passion for interiors and sewing. As a former architect I have an eye for detail and colour that shines through in my work. Creating your bespoke soft furnishings brings me so much joy. I thrive through creativity, and running my own creative business makes me very happy!
